💡House Rules💡

Inventory Checks
An inventory check will be conducted upon arrival and departure, with the tenant present, to ensure the condition of the room is documented.


No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. Any tenant found smoking will be subject to an immediate fine of $200.


Prohibited items
Durian, other consumables known to cause strong odors or permanent stains (e.g., mangosteen, dragon fruit), E-cigarettes, vapes, illicit drugs, explosives, flammable materials, weapons, and hazardous chemicals are strictly forbidden on the property.


Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Loud music and noise are not allowed during this period.


No Pets
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.


Room Assignment
Room switching among tenants is strictly prohibited.


Damages & Theft
Tenants are responsible for any damage or loss caused to property during their stay.


Visitors
Visitors are allowed in the room only after registering at the concierge counter.


Stay over guest
Tenants must inform the sales or the front office several days in advance if a stayover guest is expected. Valid identification and SG Arrival card copy will be collected upon guest check-in.


No Parties & Events
No parties or events are permitted in the rooms.


Key Cards
Please keep your room key card secure. Return it upon checkout to avoid a replacement fee of $20plus prevailing GST. Replacement fees are non-refundable, even if the original key is subsequently found.

 

Room Cleanliness
Tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and shared areas. Food waste must be securely disposed of in the designated chute located in the middle corridor near the exit sign.

 

Security
Always lock your room when leaving and do not leave valuables or cash unattended.

 

Check-Out Time
Check-out is by 12:00 PM sharp.


Respect & Conduct
Please treat staff and fellow tenants with courtesy and respect. Proper attire is required at all times.


Gym/Steam room/Sauna/Jacuzzi Rules
Users must adhere to all posted rules and regulations governing these facilities on level 5.


Level 5 Wrightia Lounge
Use of the lounge is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted. Furniture must remain in place, and all appliances and lights should be turned off when not in use.


Car/Vehicle Parking
Parking is available for a fee.


Lost & Found
Report any lost or found items immediately to the hotel reception.

 

Emergency Procedures
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. The staircase is for emergency use only.


Compliance With Laws
Guests must comply with all applicable laws enforced in Singapore.

 

Property Damage Liability
Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or individuals under their responsibility.

Fire Alarm
In the event of a fire alarm, please follow the evacuation plan posted on the back of your room door.


Sleep Out Notification
Guests planning to sleep outside the premises will need to notify security or concierge.

All tenants are encouraged to download the Wilby App for announcements and updates regarding air conditioning servicing, pest control, and other important information.
